Exporting CSV / PDF

Most reports support PDF (audit-friendly), CSV (spreadsheet-friendly), and JSON (machine-readable) export.

  1. PDF Report — formatted report with summary cards and tables; best for sharing with accounting or compliance.
  2. CSV Spreadsheet — Excel-compatible row-per-supply data with columns for GTIN, lot, expiration, quantity, unit price, and total value.
  3. JSON Data — machine-readable export for downstream integrations (BI tools, custom dashboards).
  4. The file is shared via the system share sheet — AirDrop, email, or any installed cloud storage app — or saved directly via the platform file picker on web.
