Logging waste

Recording waste keeps usage analytics honest and lets you separate normal consumption from disposal.

1. Open a supply detail screen, tap the menu, and choose Dispose (Track Waste). Pick Expired if the lot passed its expiration date.
2. Damaged or Other apply when product integrity is compromised or the cause doesn't fit a built-in category.
3. Optionally add notes — visible in the waste log and exports.
4. Tap Dispose to commit. The supply quantity is decremented and an entry is written to the waste log with your name, the reason, and the timestamp.
