Healthcare Supply Manager keeps core inventory tools available without a paid plan. Optional Stripe support subscriptions help fund development and remove ads from linked mobile clients. Clinics and teams can also request B2B invoicing for covered seats and feature add-ons.

- The billing area shows the current account or team entitlement. Older screenshots may still show the previous subscription panel while billing surfaces are being updated.
- Support Healthcare Supply Manager lets individual users choose a monthly support amount. The suggested starting point is $5/month.
- Continue to Stripe opens Stripe-hosted checkout. The app never handles card data directly.
- Request an invoice lets teams submit organization, billing contact, seat count, feature add-ons, and Net 14 or Net 30 terms for review.
