Healthcare Supply Manager remains usable without a paid plan. Optional support subscriptions help fund development, remove ads from linked mobile clients, and give clinics a path to seat-based invoicing without going through Apple or Google in-app purchase billing.
For individual users
Pick your own support amount
The support screen starts at a suggested $5 per month, but you can enter another whole-dollar amount before continuing to Stripe Checkout.

Removes ads on mobile
Active support subscriptions write an ad-free entitlement to your account. The iOS and Android clients sync that entitlement and stop showing ads while the subscription is active.

For teams and clinics
Organizations that need procurement paperwork can request a reviewed Stripe invoice from inside the web app. The current B2B structure is intentionally simple:

Invoice requests collect the organization name, billing contact, billing email, seat count, feature add-ons, and requested Net 14 or Net 30 terms. Requests are reviewed before an invoice is issued.
